KINGS HIGHWAY "GOTOWN"
Wisconsin blues rockers Kings Highway turn up the summer heat with their sophomore release “GoTown”! Coming off their highly successful debut album “The Line”, Kings Highway headed back into the studio to record “GoTown” early this spring with the intention of bringing their blues style of music to the next level. Produced by the band’s lead guitar player Mike Stone (ex Queensyche/Peter Criss), and inspired by vintage Motown & R&B, "GoTown" offers six new amazing tracks that redefine the band’s signature sound and once again cement their reputation as one of the mid-west’s finest blues rock outfits! Tracks include: “Message”, “How She Rolls”, “War Dance”, “Be With You”, “Urban Epic” and “Gonna Get It Right”.

KINGS HIGHWAYKings Highway is a roadhouse rock/blues & groove based extravaganza. Sparked in 2008 by guitarist Mike Schultz, drummer Tommy “Tomahawk” Purcell and powerhouse vocalist Cedric D. Square, the band released their self-titled debut album in 2009. Revved up in 2010 with the addition of noted guitarist and producer Mike Stone, the band entered the studio to record their new Rat Pak Records release, “The Line”. A blending of raucous blues and '70's soul, “The Line” delivers tasty guitars, fat grooves and super soul-fuelled vocals. Guy Bazilewich rounds out the line up, having joined the band in 2011 on bass. A Midwestern band, born and bred in the heartland of America, King’s highway is the real deal. See you at the crossroads.
